Photo-shoot 5

For the fifth photo-shoot I took I wanted to develop my previous ideas and work focusing my project around my Nana and the home. Instead I decided to change my ideas and focus on my Granddad and his passions. I then took images of his shed and different objects he uses and spends time designing and working on. My granddads a strong hobby within woodwork and designing different pieces such as bird boxes which he has shown a strong interest within making recently. I took some images of his keepsakes and objects within his shed and garden that he spends a lot time doing. I also took images of the greenhouse as growing tomatoes and rhubarb was an often thing I remember as a child. I wanted there to be a story behind each individual image I take that is untold and questions the audience into why I have taken that image of that object. I will look at changing my location for my next photo-shoot so I don’t repeat my ideas. This will help my work progress and my ideas to keep changing.

Image Analysis

For my next experimentation I chose two of my most successful images, one from this shoot and one from my third. I decided to combine these two together using photo-shop, as the composition of each image will compliment one another once overlayed. I then changed the opacity of my second image so you were able to see both at a high quality that works well. I then changed the brightness and contrast so the image wasnt too bold, but still eye-catching.
